I’ve had a number of clients lately tell me they didn’t receive replies from me….replies which I had definitely sent! I’m a bit puzzled here.
I have been known to occasionally miss an email, especially when I’m very busy, but it’s rare. I try to reply to everyone and to do so promptly.
If you can add my email address to your CONTACTS, your spam filter won’t think my emails are spam and therefore won’t trash them. Appreciate if all could do that.
And otherwise if you DON’T get a reply from me within a day, I will NOT be offended if you let me know! Please do!
