deari already sent u an email in regard to health check to pass for partner visa.i read a bit more about it on the internet and it seems that a diabetic would probably pass ok if ot does not present immediate medical costs on the taxpayer.they talk of the next 10years.anyway its not clear cut(like many of the requirements necessary to get a partner visa).also it says that the immediate family of the one being sponsored(children)need to also pass a medical check even if not going with the sponsored person(that is the partner being sponsored)regardsjohnp.s. i am presently in the philippines in cebu city and expect to be in philippines until end of january 15my mobile number is: 639213465202(while in the philippines until end jan 15) 0r 61405530188
