Waiting on a Partner Visa – Christmas 2019

The Journey from Philippines to Australia

We’ve been watching the journey from Philippines to Australia with Vanessa and her kids for quite a while now. Like many partner visa stories, this one has taken its time. From earlier when we were organising Citizenship By Descent for Chris and Vanessa’s two kids, through organising a Prospective Marriage Visa application which is still being processed.

Right now, Vanessa is in Australia with Chris and the two kids, with Christmas 2019 coming up soon and a fervent wish in all of them that Vanessa’s visa grant happens very soon.

We at Down Under Visa? We’re not worried. We simply don’t lodge weak partner visa applications, because as Chris and Vanessa know we keep pushing our clients to get the very best out of them and won’t submit the application until we’re confident that it meets the criteria set out in the Regulations. You engaged our services because you wanted positive results. What we can’t control is processing time!

The kids are are Australian Citizens, no less than any other Aussie on the streets of Melbourne. They are settled into school in Australia, and no doubt enjoying the free and high quality education that Australia offers. They certainly look happy and well-fed. And Vanessa like all Filipinas is pretty tough and adaptable. Filipinos work in many countries of the world, and always manage to fit it and adjust and to keep smiling. Life in Australia with husband and kids? That’s just a pleasure. And this is all very obvious.

So we thank Chris and Vanessa and Conrad and Celeste for taking the time to share a bit of their family with us all. We wish them a wonderful Christmas, and hope that Santa is kind to you all.

Just be patient Vanessa & Chris you are in the best hands as Jeff and his team really know how to do what they do. This is just a waiting game and the time will come and Australian home affairs will process your Visa. We have been through the same.

Migrating in Australia can be really tricky even if you are sponsored by your partner or spouse. The country are very much strict in implementing the immigration law so it could really take time before the visa application could be process. Once the government grants the visa application then it will be easier onward.
