Why use a Registered Migration Agent?

Jeff Harvie RMA MARN 0959797 Registered Migration Agent

Let me ask you a question? Have you ever had an Australian visa refused for the lady (or man) of your dreams? Have you experienced the sting of rejection when the Australian Government says “NO! She is not welcome in Australia. Your dreams are over, and there is no hope!”

Think it can’t happen? Don’t kid yourself! Statistics say between 1:4 and 1:5 chance that this could happen to you. Regardless of whether you included some nice photos and a copy of your bank statement or not. You see those final words that say “Therefore, I refuse the application….” And its all over!

Many years ago back in the 1990’s….before I went back to University and re-made myself as a Registered Migration Agent…..I went through this myself. I remember the shock. I remember the feeling of hopelessness. My plans to lodge “a simple visa application” and go pick her up at the airport in a few weeks….all dashed.

Us Aussies? We’re not used to this! We apply for a credit card….or a personal loan…..or apply to the local council for a building permit. Usually it goes our way, and we can usually complain bitterly and get it overturned if it isn’t approved. The shock of a refusal, and the other ugly words that say “We cannot consider your visa application any further” hit us like a tonne of bricks.

Why Down Under Visa?

Down Under Visa have managed thousands of visa applications for Australian men and women with their ladies and gents from the Philippines, as well as China, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. Not student visas for Indians. Not work visas for Irish plumbers. We help loving couples get together and make their dreams come true. Literally thousands of couples are enjoying stable family lives thanks to Jeff and the team.

And it all starts with a recommendation from a friend, or from reading a BLOG article like you are now. Spending five minutes filling out a FREE ASSESSMENT FORM, and realising that there is a well-trodden pathway to success there for you to follow like so many others have walked.

Which Australian visas can we help you with?

Partner Visas: For couples who are committed to spending the rest of their lives together. Planning to marry. Already married. Already living in de facto relationships. (Subclass 309 Offshore Partner Visa, Subclass 820 Onshore Partner Visa)

Tourist Visas: For couples who adore each other, but are not quite ready to say “She is definitely the one!” You need a bit more time, and what better way to get to know each other properly than to spend 3 months or so together in Australia. (Subclass 600)

Also Child Visas (Subclass 101 and Subclass 445), Parent Visas (Subclass 870), and Citizenship applications for kids (of Aussie Dads) or for permanent residents.

What countries can we get visas from?

We’re Australian Citizens but our home and our office is in Manila in the Philippines. We are South East Asian specialists. This is our home. This is our work. This is our lives. We manage visa applications for Australians who are lovingly involved with ladies or gents from the Philippines, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.

What’s next?

Spend a life-changing five minutes! Make a great decision and go to https://assessments.downundervisa.com and fill in a simple assessment form. Jeff Harvie….Registered Migration Agent and fellow Aussie…..will tell you what we can do for you.

Looking forward to helping you make your dreams come true
