“What are my requirements?”

“Can you give me a list of requirements?”

“Tell me what I need, so I can bring everything along to your office?”

How many times have I heard these words over the years in our Migration Agency practice? A lot!

I’m sure some people think we’re being cagey or evasive because we don’t respond with a standard list on request. We actually don’t because there IS no “requirements list”! It’s not that simple! Every client is unique, with a unique set of circumstances. If it were “one size fits all”, why would you need us to guide you through the maze that is an Australian visa application?

When you get Down Under Visa to manage your partner visa application for you, we assess you and your situation twice!

Once when you fill out the Partner Visa Assessment Form on the Down Under Visa website. We won’t take you on as a client if you don’t do this, because this is how we know if we can help you or not. If we can’t help you, we won’t take you on. We won’t take your money, because we have professional ethics which is expected of Registered Migration Agents.

Secondly, once you’ve become our client and completed the initial documents, we send you our own Client Questionnaire. We use this to gather personal details from you and your partner, and its only at this point that we can prepared a personalized list of “requirements”, which are the documents and items of evidence of your relationship that we will collate and present as part of the visa application that we will lodge with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship ie. the Australian Embassy in Manila.

We have a method that we stick to. We have a step by step process that we’re happy with. We should be happy with it, because it works. So many happy clients walked the same path we’re laying out for you. We’re consultants in Australian Migration Law. We’re not Filipino travel agents or similar opportunists. In Manila, we’re a breath of fresh air!

So don’t ask us “What are my visa requirements?” Ask us instead if we can put together the very best prospective marriage (fiancée) visa or partner (spouse) visa that will make your dreams come true! With Down Under Visa you and your sweetheart are in very safe hands!

    Hi Jeff,
As my fiancée works and lives in Hong Kong would you still lodge her visa application with the Australian embassy in Manila or would you lodge it in Hong Kong.
    Thanks
    Robert.

        Thanks for the reply Jeff.
One more question please. It says on the visa application that my fiancée has to either post or courier the documents to the Australian Embassy. If you were our agent would we be able to send them in electronically or would they still have to be mailed.
        Thanks
        Robert.

Robert, I’d suggest getting in touch with us sooner. We provide expert guidance on what information we will need from you. You don’t need to work this out yourselves.

Hello good evening Down Under Visa, I would like to ask if how much is the total cost for getting a Tourist /Visitors visa to Australia? Thank you.

Romel, suggest that you complete our online assessment form. I don’t know enough about you and your situation to comment, and this isn’t the right place for private discussion either.

Hello Jeff – I have one vital question. Is it an absolute requirement that I have to travel to the Philippines if I want to marry a Philippine lady in Australia? If this is avoidable I would be happy to proceed. Thank you.
