Why is it so hard to get professional fees from Registered Migration Agents?

Yet I frequently get comments from clients how comparatively easy and straight-forward we were to get some clarity. They wanted to know primarily:
- Could we help them?
- What visa options would best suit them?
- And how much would it cost?
Yes, they wanted to know processing time and a bit about how the process worked. Mostly they would talk to us about their situation, and were delighted and relieved that I understood exactly what they meant. And they liked that I don’t use legal-speak or to use “office words” like “reach out” and “noted”. I’m a middle-aged (upper-middle-age) Aussie from the Western Suburbs of Sydney.
