Christmas and New Year of 2010 was busy all the way through. In hindsight we should have taken at least a week off.
And January 2011 was our busiest month ever. New enquiries and new clients have only just slowed down a little, which gives us time to catch up. We've put on an extra staff member to assist us with administration, which will take the pressure off.
