Hello to Down Under Visa clients! We survived the typhoon, as you would have gathered. Surviving without electricity for three days was even harder.

“We’ve already filled in the forms.” We at Down Under Visa sometimes hear this from clients, and I have a truthful way of responding. Not very diplomatic, I agree, but truthful all the same.

If you want to bring your Filipina lady to Australia permanently, then basically you have a choice between these two visas.

Greetings to all. We got through the typhoon relatively unscathed, however both home and office are still without electricity. As of today, apparently 4.5 million of us are without power.

Signal three where we are. Eye of the storm now. So it will get blowey again soon. No electricity. Definitely no office today!

It’s also been a while since Down Under Visa did a BLOG post on Prospective Marriage Visas (aka Fiancee Visas, Fiance Visas or PMV’s). We’re getting back to basics, as many of our readers may be new.
