Condition 8503! UPDATE: This information in 2016 is outdated. Condition 8503’s from Manila are extremely rare these days. We haven’t seen an 8503 in about 2 1/2 years.

I just want to share some thoughts with you. We at Down Under Visa DO care about the outcome of each and every application that we manage.
