Can I bring my relatives to Australia from the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia or Southeast Asia? Can I get a family visa for aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews or brothers and sisters? How about a child visa for kids who are not biological kids but live with us? Can I petition family members like they do in America?
In short, NO it is not possible.
Australia does not have "family visas" or "family reunion visas". You are not entitled to invite relatives to Australia to live permanently. You can always try to get tourist visas, but there are no avenues to allow them to migrate to Australia and become permanent residents.
You can bring biological children with Child Visas or Dependent Child Visas. You can bring parents on Temporary Parent Visas for 3 or 5 years, and in some rare circumstances you can bring a parent permanently (but it's very expensive!)
So please do not let your relatives get their hopes up, believing you can invite them into Australia. You cannot, sorry.
