Kim contacted Down Under Visa in the middle of the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic, while borders were closed and most Government offices and courts in the Philippines were either closed or running with a skeleton staff. All he wanted was to have his family back together so they became Down Under Visa clients. I won't go into details for the purposes of discretion, but there were paperwork issues that caused a lot of frustration.
Kim speaks of losing his temper and wanting to go into battle, but to our (Down Under Visa's) relief he was wise enough to let sense prevail. We managed to get through some challenging issues and got them the visas they needed so they could be together after so long apart. Yes of course we love hearing good things about us, but it gives us a sense of purpose seeing a great family like this back together where they should be and without that fear that hung over them for so long.
